Want to learn more about keeping your kids safe in the car? See details below for a free presentation & demonstration from Ford’s certified child safety technician Kelley Adams-Campos that’s happening at Nest this coming Tuesday.
You are invited to join Ford of Canada for a special presentation on child-care safety in vehicles
Are you buckling up safely? Is rear-facing the safest way for infants to travel? What works to keep your kids safe in the car?
These are all questions parents of children ask themselves when trying to understand the importance of child-care safety in vehicles. Starting with a baby’s very first journey home from the hospital, parents are responsible for making sure that their kids travel safely.
Ford’s own Kelley Adams-Campos, a certified child safety technician, who has been with Ford for nearly 21 years, will be in Winnipeg at the Nest Family Centre at 3:30p.m. on Tuesday, March 24 to discuss car safety, focusing specifically on the importance of child safety seats and restraints.
Kelley, who wrote the manual on child care restraints for Ford, will be discussing the ins and outs of proper child seat installation and overall child car care safety. She will also demonstrate and discuss what you need to know about seat belts for babies, toddlers and adults and will dispel myths and common mistakes parents make about child car care safety. She will also be available for one-on-one demonstrations and Q&A following her presentation.
Please join us for this free presentation and demonstration with Ford’s Kelley Adams-Campos with light refreshments
The event starts at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24 at Nest Family Centre – 667 Stafford St.
